Rede Terceiro Anjo is a Brazilian non-profit Christian organization, founded in 2012 to promote the three angels' messages of Revelation 14, along with education, health and evangelism through the Internet, radio and TV.
By publishing videos of Bible lectures, recipes, family counseling and sacred music, TV Terceiro Anjo promotes Seventh-day Adventist beliefs on dietary habits, biblical and prophetic interpretation, Christian education, among other subjects.
TV Terceiro Anjo defines itself as a lay ministry. That means it is a supporting ministry of the Adventist Church, aligned with Adventist doctrines, beliefs and lifestyle, but not administered by the church — so it depends on donations to keep running.
Why Terceiro Anjo?
The name comes from the Adventist interpretation of the three angels' messages described in Revelation 14:6-12. The biblical text presents three angels making announcements throughout the earth before the return of Christ. The third angel (v. 9) proclaims with a loud voice — a good picture of the reach of today's mass media, which TV Terceiro Anjo makes use of.
A worldwide mission
Volunteer missionaries serve in person and remotely to bring the Third Angel's message — justification by faith, health reform, the commandments of God, faith in Jesus and the gospel of salvation — to all peoples, tribes, languages and nations.
